❗ Cancellation Policy
Tickets are refundable up to 7 days before the event. After that, they are non-refundable due to the time and materials we prepare in advance.
If you can no longer attend, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to a friend. Just email us at bri@sumiware.com at least 48 hours before the event with their name and contact info so we can update the guest list.
Please note: Cancellations within 48 hours of the event—including due to illness or emergency—are not eligible for a refund, credit, or transfer, as your seat and materials have already been prepared. Thanks so much for understanding and supporting our small studio!
