What to Expect

First Class

Please arrive about 5 minutes before the class begins to check in and find a seat.

Age Requirement

The classes are paced for and primarily booked with adults, but students 16+ can sign up with a guardians permission. If you have any questions about age restrictions please email bri@sumiware.com.

Cancellation Policy

To request a cancellation or refund, please email bri@sumiware.com. Refunds requested more than one week prior to the class date are fully refundable or you can reschedule to a different class. Refunds requested within one week from the class date are 50% refundable. No refunds are given within 24hrs of the start of class. Should a class not fill sufficiently, it may be cancelled 24hrs prior to the class date and full refund will be issued to those enrolled. Thanks for understanding!
