$59.00

Inhale. Exhale. Handbuild.

đŸ§˜â€â™€ïž + đŸș Upcoming Dates:

  • Sunday, December 7th from 10am-12pm

Take a deep breath and settle into the cozy side of fall. This two-hour workshop blends gentle yoga and mindful pottery, creating space to reset, recharge, and lean into the season. Think grounding movement, warm tea, and clay between your hands—all with a touch of autumn magic.

We’ve partnered with local yoga teacher Julia Barzizza to guide you through a heart-opening flow, followed by a calming handbuilding session led by a Studio Sumi instructor in our plant-filled, light-dappled studio.

What to Expect

✹ 1 Hour of Gentle Yoga | 10:00–11:00am
Ease into your Sunday with a breath-led, all-levels yoga practice. Julia’s grounding flow will help you release tension and find stillness—perfect whether you’re a seasoned yogi or just stepping onto the mat.

✹ Tea Break + Mindful Pottery | 11:00–12:00pm
Sip something warm and seasonal, then sink into clay. Using simple handbuilding techniques, you’ll shape your own pinch-pot vessel—a piece that can hold your intentions, candy corn, or maybe even a tealight for those longer fall nights. At the end, you’ll choose your glaze color.

The Vibe

Cozy Sunday vibes with a sprinkle of Halloween—calming music and warm tea in our greenery-filled studio. Studio Sumi feels like a sanctuary where you can slow down, get creative, and soak up the autumn season.
